Horrible Service. I came today at lunch time. Waited at a bay for 10 minutes after pressing the button, went to the drive thru... and was told to wait. Then after another 2 minutes I said this is horrible service to be greeted with "make your order then" ina tone that says I am an inconvenience to her. It's not like there was a rush. There were only four cars on the lot and one wasan employee who was taking a break. Read more
We sat for 15 minutes with no other customers at the location with the red alert on the screen after pressing the button. We... finally settled for the drive thru, where they took 25 seconds to reply(again no customers) where the told us there was no toastbread for the new burger they have. I have given this location so many chances. It?s not only the food that is less than great but the service is the worst. Mayo... only burger. With half cooked half burnt bacon. Looks good? Maybe the employee taking the order shouldn?t be wearing earbuds. Read more
I love stopping here at this sonic location because they get the food out rather quickly and it tastes fresh and hot like it was... just made as well. Doesn?t seem like other fast food places that have had it waiting on you for 1/2 an hour. Read more
