First time to try a Sonic. Placed a mobile order. Picked up in the drive through. I think they got our order wrong. Either that... or the portions are a lot smaller here at this fast food chain. I?m going to compare their food to McDonalds. Their doublequarter pounder looked like McD?s double cheeseburger. The large fries looked like McD?s small fries. Weren?t given ketchuppackets or straws for the milkshakes. Food made me sick to the stomach and had diarrhea later that night. Read more
Very bad service! Lemonade was hot. Slushies and ice cream were melted. Kid at the window was rude and acted completely out of... it. The lady making drinks was inconvenienced by making just drinks. We were the only ones there. Not sure what the problem wasbut I tried to be understanding because obviously they were short staffed but that level of rude was completely uncalled for. Read more
Terrible experience with the in app ordering. Waited 15 minutes before finally someone answered the red button and rudely... yelling something that couldn't be understood. After a second time she rudely answered again and said drive through only. Nogreeting no thank you no nothing. The whole experience took over 30 minutes. No route 44 or large cups. No drink carrierseither. So I received 5 cups to drive with. This manager needs to learn what customer service should be. Read more

We ordered a route 44 sweet ice tea and cheese sticks. We had a gift card, but we pulled into a parking area where it didn't... work. The girl had to use a different one. The cheese sticks were very good. They were hot and fresh. Read more
Excellent fish, we had the salmon and lobster specials, both excellent. They really out did them selves with the nice crispy... skin, yet extremely moist and delicious meat. The lobster is perfectly cooked as well, the sides were also wonderful during suchtimes it's nice to treat yourselves. This would be great for a nice date, or the whole family. Read more
The carhop had such a great smile. He brightened my day! They were quick with my order and it was accurate. I love using the... Sonic app. It is very easy to navigate. They often have valuable "Rewards". I have tried many new menu items because of thatfeature. Read more
