Wow... We had no idea what we were getting into. Just randomly pulling off to the drive thru before getting on the Hwy. What... a treat! The Philly cheese steak was incredible. The wings were crisp but juicy. They even made a special plate for our dogsriding in back of chicken gizzard and livers. Great people all around. Read more

8.5/10 everything tasted so consistent, the buffalo wings are definitely the best, I highly recommend them over any other... flavors. The catfish and shrimp was fried to perfection! The hush puppies weren't bad either. Read more

I've been to Angie's a few times both locations that I know of period I'm at the one on Sheridan.. The fish doesn't disappoint... it was hot in fresh from what I could tell, the fries were just fries. The green beans had no flavor at all little disappointedthat. None of the many signs were on and the place looks really really dirty and disgusting if you just like around. The foodis OK if you want fish and I see some of the other food around me looks really good it's just the place that's dirty inside Read more

I love trying these hole in the wall locations as great food can be found at reasonable prices. Angie's does not disappoint. The... restaurant features southern style fried seafood (a little stretch here because I think they have fresh water catfish whichtechnically doesn't come from the sea). I gave the the wings a pass today. The dining area remains closed as it has beenthroughout the ordeal of Covid. Orders are placed in the drive thru and are brought out to your vehicle. Having not eaten herebefore I ordered a combination platter of catfish, shrimp and fried oysters with sides of green beans and red beans and rice. The thing about seafood is it has to be fresh, no amount of seasoning and batter can make bad seafood taste good. With that inmind the seafood today was fresh. The shrimp was coated with a thick crunchy batter was quite tasty and well complemented withthe provided cocktail sauce. The oysters and catfish received a cornmeal coating, different from the treatment on theshrimp. The oysters were delicious. Well breaded and perfectly fried with a light crunch on the outside and tender goodness onthe inside with no hint of a rubbery texture associated with over cooking. They would be at home by themselves or in a Louisianapo boy sandwich. The catfish was the star of today's meal. Nicely breaded, biting through to the fish inside was a delight. Thenatural sweetness of the fresh catfish was like a shining beacon in the darkness. If I had ever wondered what bursting withflavor meant, this would be it. 5 stars for the catfish, easily some of the best fried catfish I have ever had. Red beans andrice. This side item was one of the options offered with the meal. It was good and I would not hesitate to order it again nexttime. Green beans. This in my opinion was the weakest part of todays meal. It was not bad, but also not good either. It wasrather pedestrian with no embellishments in it like bacon or onions or garlic. I would order a different si Read more
