Bought the super pack food was cold. Coleslaw had huge chunks of cabbage in it. This the 2nd time this has happened to me at... this location and I?m pretty sure the bbq sauce was store bought tasted like K.C. I?ve never had a bad experience at RibCrib, but also never one that?s stood out til tonight! Honestly I just ordered takeout,... but the Host/takeout girl was so unbelievably sweet and benevolent! Her name was Destiny and she was just such a bubbly changeof pace and her energy really does make your door in to door out experience so much better! She also made fresh sweet tea for meand I?m not sure if she makes the strawberry lemonade or not but holy heckinbob it?s super good!! The managers we so nice,everyone was so attentive to if I?d been helped or not and all around they have a nice flow and vibe! Not to mention my food issoooo good. Great place, I always have a good experience here. Try the Cribwich! Edit: Just ordered online for the first time. Walked in,... hostess told me she'd be right with me (no line). She then took a phone call, then seated a party who came in after I did. Shethen continued to ignore me, I had to get her attention to tell her I had a carryout order. She then retrieved it as though ithad been available the entire time. If I hadn't already paid online, I would have just left as soon as the party behind me washelped when I was not. Food was awesome but the service really sucked! They were extremely slow. Hot tea and no extra ice was brought or offered. The... waitress made me wait forever to cash out & I waited at the front for over 10 minutes for the ticket. I will never return tothis location!! Read more
