i ordered on line for it to be ready at certain time(1 hr later)! picked up my order and had 10 min drive! pizza cold and way... over cooked! after hard day at work you would think a company that ALL they make is pizza, could make a decent pizza pie! We like Pizza Hut but the past few times have been disappointing. First, they've needed to get a new pizza slicer for a long... time. The pie tears apart when trying to get a piece of it because it isn't sliced through and through. Plus, it's notconsistent like it used to be. Ever since I live in Tulsa I've never really had a good experience with Pizza Hut no matter if it's the one on 21st Street or... the one on memorial by 33rd Street. However I think the only one that I actually think that it was a good customer service andthey went above and beyond for their customers is when somehow I ordered food all the way down to 71st Street for a Pizza Hut.They actually drove all the way down from 71st Street to my house they didn't need to they can least called and told me thatthey couldn't but they didn't do so. So I believe that time even though the pizza may have not tasted so great but because theywent above and beyond to bring me my pizza I had no complaints. But as of yesterday or last night or this morning whichever onecomes first. I ordered Pizza Hut late at night because I got off work late at night. On the one on 21st Street I believe theyare short staffed but that shouldn't stop them from rushing and making pizza because the two Pizza that I had from them was verydry with or either that had no marinara sauce or it was overcooked to where the Mariners lost disappeared. So it made the pieceof taste really dry I end up feeding the pizzas to my dogs and that should not happen and that was just a waste of food. So I donot know what pizza will do in regards to this bad review and if they could replace both my pizza that would be very muchappreciated and hopefully my experience would be a lot better.
