Panera on 71st isn?t has gone downhill! I use to frequent this location almost weekly to meet clients for a quick meeting. ... After my last experience, I have decided to look for other options or locations. The location was almost empty (which is greatfor meetings), but looked like a herd of unsupervised children had been eating and playing for some time. Tables were dirty andnot wiped down and food was on the floor and some tables were not cleared at all (granted customers should be cleaning up afterthemselves). I normally would assume they had a huge rush and the employees hadn?t had a chance to catch up yet, however, twoof the employees were leaning against the front counter chatting. One employee was having breakfast but left trash on the tablewhen they left! I didn?t order right away, but when I did, I felt as if I was disrupting the two employees chatting at thecounter. I asked a question about a menu item but was met with a ?Is this here or to go??. I let them know I would be diningin and again asked about the menu item?? Your Name?? again I provided my name and asked about the menu item a third time,? Whatcan I get you?? At this point, I just order a glass of water and returned to my seat. Read more
Every Sunday the lobby is closed. So don't place an online order you'll still have to wait. They won't even bring it to you.... Your food will be lukewarm by the time you reach the window. Leave lobby open for pick up orders please you're defeating thepurpose of ordering online. Read more
Yummy. I love that every time I eat at a Panera they have something happening. Five chess games going on. Full restaurant and... great dining room. Everyone, from staff to patrons, is friendly and inviting. My order got messed up but they fixed everythingright away. Read more
My order was light cream 5 surgar large dark roast as you see looks like Milk just like my first this morning only second coffee... into their membership. I will be canceling it not worth drive terrible coffee. What it taste like? Water downed Milk with sugar Read more
Good experience. They have new kiosks at the front that you can order from. Or counter service. The manager came over to check... on us unsolicited which was nice. Food was good quality and hot on arrival at our table. Very good job! Read more
FRESH Ingredients... Tasty food... And quick service... If it's not busy... My my the southwest salad ???? was nothing short of... amazing... I doubt like eating much salad but this I could not stop eating... The pastry in the bakery are good too. Nocomplaint about their soup either. Read more
So the past 5 times we have tried panara order accuracy is that of a 2 year old, unfortunately the people Lindsay has working... there can't read, and can't fallow instructions, so either the 2 sandwiches we get are always made wrong, either has the wrongegg spinach, should have over easy egg but it's always scrambled, and to cheat there times they bump the order off the screen, and I've been standing inside waiting watching this happen and they look like a bunch of lost ****** I wouldn't dought allorders are wrong anyways, yes the answer is to quit spending money on worthless businesses, if it wasn't for my woman I'dnever eat there.
