Asked for bread bowl to be cut as normal but French onion soup on the side. Took quite a while to get there. My friend got her... food and the avacado looked just?horrible. No condiments. Finally, my food comes after she already was half way through her meal(we ordered together) and the soup was in the bowl. Took it back. My friend finished with her meal and wasn?t happy at all withthe quality. The bread bowl had a single cut but not like when they do bread bowls so brought it back up and the guy at theservice station opened it and said ?look! It is too cut? rolled his eyes and passed it to the line to actually CUT OPEN. Getback and my friend was done eating so I asked the front for a lid for the soup they said ?they?re back there by the window? ?.All I saw was cup lids so I went back and asked again. Again was told ?they?re back there by the window? I was beyonddisappointed with the lack of service and the sarcastic comments. The only good thing was the sweet blond kid at the front knewit was wrong and said I?ll go get it. Will absolutely never be back there. Hannah noticed that the soup in my online order bag was leaking, so she swiftly asked me to... hand it to her, re-prepared my whole meal, and treated me with excellent customer service. Blueberry muffins are great. Only downfall is it seems like they are always out of coffee! Frustrating when you are in a... hurry. Today they had plenty of hot light roast coffee. I also had the blueberry muffin with it. 2022: Just recently Panerahas changed the blueberry muffin recipe. It's terrible. I think I am going to cancel my coffee membership. They have changed forthe worse. To bad, because I use to really like it. The blueberry scones are pretty good. I bought a bag of mini's. It comeswith 6 blueberry and 3 lemon. The lemon ones need more lemon though. If course there has been a price increase you will noticeat the checkout, just like everything else. Read more

Food: My wife?s fuji salad was fine. The way she likes it. No real issues for her food. My pick 2 broccoli cheddar soup,... always good, but instead of my 1/2 bacon turkey bravo, I got ?something? else?. Maybe a chicken bacon? Not really sure. Tookmy sandwich to the counter and the young lady at the register (seemingly new to the position) had no idea what to do, so I askedfor the manager and returned to my seat. The manager arrived promptly, discussed the issue and returned a few minutes laterwith the correct sandwich, which tasted fine. The reason for the lower score was that every couple of minutes a high-pitchedalarm went off, for the entire duration that we were eating. I?m not sure what the alarm was, but it was loud enough that ourears were ringing upon leaving the facility. Since there really wasn?t any exceptional/exemplary customer service attached tothe meal, it really was a below par visit. Read more
Honestly the first couple times great, but every single time since has been extremely disappointing. Don?t bother paying for... extra anything, you won?t even get the item. I?ve ordered extra chicken and cheese multiple times and it?s constantly neverincluded in my frontege(was gone for a bit and finally came back, was so excited and ordered it again and it was missing thecheese entirely) The pizza I ordered before , hardly any toppings :( Just disappointing, used to be our weekly Monday take outbut not anymore. Pros: Good Foods, Good Pastries, Fresh Baked Breads, Nice place to grab a bite or just a coffee and snack for a conversation or... studying. Cons: It can get busy at peak hours. Also, there is only one outlet for computer charging in the lobby. Read more
Waited 35 minutes for our food only for our entire order to go to two wrong tables (one with a sick child that continued to... cough on our meal) and then the waiter proceeds to recycle the order and give it to us. No thanks! Walked out with a refund. Read more
