I loved the environment. I found the staff to be awesome and very friendly. Although the food wasn't that great, we will very... likely go back because of how much I appreciated the customer service. I should mention though that there is no kids menu atall. Read more

This place was highly recommended to me, however, I was disappointed. It's not that it was bad, it wasn't, but it wasn't great.... Certainly not something I'd go out of my way for. Now, I did only have a Chorizo burrito, which is more of a convenience itemand not usually something a restaurant itself places a lot of value on, so I'll have to try another item at least. Perhaps nexttime I'll try one of their Lunch items and be more impressed. I hope so Read more

My favorite Mexican fast food restaurant in Tulsa so far. Food its great, they offer an extense variety of diffrent dishes all... very tasty. Prices are very reasonable. The place inside needs better lighting but its very clean. The benches they have are toosmall for a big person to sit confortably in. Didnt like thry serve food on disposable containers even if you are dinning in.One of my favorite things about this restaurant was their salsa kiosk they had so many all of them very delicious. This place isopen 24/7 even for dine in not only drive through. Food portions are pretty big even tacos them selves were much bigger than Iantiipated. The tortilla they use is maiz based and again its a pretty big size compared to other tacos in town. Lots of menuoptions I will sure be ba k soon Read more

Great experience here. They had indoor dining available on New Year's Eve and the place was clean and well lit. The staff was... very friendly and got my orders out right away. The menu had a very good selection and the food was good. I intend to come backand try their breakfast soon Read more

I've been to Pancho's about 5 to 7 times since I have discovered them. One time I paid for chicken enchiladas and got... flavorless bean burrito. One time we walked in around 3am and had to wake up the guy that was running the place to cook thefood. (He was snoring in a chair next to the cash register.) One time I got crunchy chicken enchiladas. This time I got pureedpeas instead of guacamole. No flavor. This had no garlic, tomatoes, cilantro, salt and doesn't come with chips. I would havealmost been ok with pureed avocados, but this almost tastes like pudding that has been dyed green. I was charged almost $5 forit. Step it up Pancho's. I'm happy that you are 24/7 but I want what I paid for all hours of the day. 4 out of 7 visits havebeen disappointing. ???? Read more
