I visit this Outback frequently. This is my favorite location. Absolutely love the staff. Always feels like home. Nick, Derek... and Kennedie feel like old time friends. I love it when a business will bend over backwards to make sure the customer is happy and make sure everything is right. When my... food arrived everything was great however my steak was overcooked. I mentioned this to my server.. The next thing I know themanager was making sure they were cooking a new steak for me. Then when I received the bill they had compt the steak. I have to take a moment to give thanks to the host last night. He was the most welcoming and service driven host I?ve seen.... I had such a pleasant evening sitting at the bar and eating dinner at this restaurant. I think everyone that was around the bar... must have been regulars and I was the only "new kid in town". Before the night was over I'm pretty sure that everyone on thecrew had stopped by and introduced themselves. The drinks were perfectly mixed and served. My food was cooked and presentedbeautifully. I think it only appropriate to acknowledge the servers and bartenders that were actually responsible for tending tome provided outstanding service but the overall atmosphere among the entire crew was remarkable. My family came here to celebrate my aunt's birthday. My mom is immuno-compromised so we requested a table in a closed section of... the restaurant that didn't have a server to keep my mom safe. The manager Larissa was incredibly accommodating. She took greatcare of us and made sure we were comfortable and happy. Our server Alyssa took such incredible care of us. She constantly wentabove and beyond. I don't know what the staff is getting paid here, but I promise you it's not near enough. We're talking 5star + top notch customer service. We were treated like royalty. That was one of the greatest dining experiences we've everhad. We left a $20+ tip but I swear if we could have afforded it, we would have left $50 or more. Great food and service. Just adore Nic, the Bartender and Kennedi our waitress. Both create a friendly and entertaining... atmosphere for their guest. Nic is great at helping you at finding just the right adult beverage with his recommendations. Hewill amaze you with his vast knowledge of his craft. Kennedi is outgoing with an infectious smile. Warm personality that helpsto navigate the dessert menu to our delight. They both compliment any meal ordered. I tried Steakhouse Mac & Cheese Bites.
