The manager of the location is extremely unprofessional and rude , while I waiting to receive the code for Mobile she threaten... to call the police on us and told us to get out of her line. Then she said she would not take my order, she tagged my licenseand called the police on me. This happened in less than 1 minute. She said was the manager yet refused to give me her name. Food is usually good, but they never ask if you want to use a code. The time I brought it up to them, because you were supposed... to get a free smoothie, the manager acted like she didn?t understand or know anything about it. The next time I started to bringit up to the girl again, I decided not to because I didn?t want to get mad when they played dumb again. Every time I go therethey never ask me for my code. I stayed at one of the hotels near by this McDonald's and I walked to it. They have a fence completely around it and you have to... walk all the way to the road to go around it,, but I made my order on line 2 different days, and order was correct and it was ina timely manner. I would have given them 5 stars but there is a sign when you walk in that says you can only sit at there tablesif you order and only for 30 minutes. I remember when you could sit in McDonald's all day and use their wifi. Read more
I am VERY appreciated for being able to dine inside. I'm disappointed to know I could not take my granddaughter to play inside.... They still have it closed. Since she's been alive, she has never been able to experience the play areas. Most of my grandkidsstill have NOT been able to play in the play areas for those restaurants who have them. When is the business model of McDonaldsgoing back to what it used to be? It's leaving an opportunity for other businesses to catch on and start offering birthdayparties and play areas again. I went here first thing this morning to try and get some food I happened to be on foot and I ended up not even going in because... the employees couldn't decide who was going to open the lobby, which was already supposed to be open at 7:00 a.m.. I walked upright at 7:00 and waited a few minutes and listened to three different people go back and forth about who was going to do it soI just said all right whatever and I walked off. It's not the end of the world but it was a little bit upsetting. I'm staying ata hotel nearby and my boyfriend had the car so I couldn't just drive somewhere else. I ended up having to pay $4 for a smallmilk at IHOP next door. Again, it's not the end of the world but I figured that I would let you guys know that even though theirdoor says the lobby is open at 7:00 a.m., It won't always be. Read more
