Ordered an adult happy meal. Wasn't told there were no boxes or figures until after I was charged and being handed my order. I... paid for a product I didn't receive. Our first visit to this location and can definitely say we will not be returning. For starters we went at 7pm and as you can see... by picture the place looks dark and out of business. Next the team members seemed rude and uncaring no hellos thank you oranything, which can be fine. What is completely unexceptionable though as seen in the picture is being served food so cold itcouldn't even melt the cheese on my burger and not realizing it until I was almost home. Eating out has become expensive even atMcDonald's a customer should be able to at least count on properly cooked burgers!! Well this is a first I track my reviews andUntil now I go back in and raise a review after management takes the time to care and address the issue. I can't believe I'mlowering a review because honestly any business should care and address customer concerns especially when it's a burgerrestaurant handing cold not properly cooked meals.
