I'm pretty sure a BIG MAC is supposed to come with LARGE PATTIES. So why in hell did I recieve one with SMALL PATTIES??? The... employees there must think their job is a JOKE! In fact I know they do being as the order taker said "HI WELCOME TO BURGER KING"when I pulled up to the menu board and then told me "To pull up to the second window for my WHOPPER!" On our way to the airport we had an app order on 10/21 where we tried going through the drive thru (standstill for nearly 10... mins), going inside (after 5am) and using the curbside pickup options in the app. We eventually had to leave after about 15-20mins to make a flight. I returned after dropping off the other person and tried again to get the meal we ordered. Went throughthe drive thru and was waved on by the first windows lady. The second window lady (seemed like the manager) was quite rude andinformed me that if the order isn't on the screen, they can't give me stuff. Ok, great, why isn't my order on the screen if itwasn't picked up and after I gave the code to the first windows lady, who then waved me to the next window? There isn't a wayto cancel an order from the app, or at least it's not obvious or easy to find. Thankfully we left with just enough time for theother person to make their flight. Super fast, respectful employees however I rated the atmosphere lower because it's freezing in the restaurant, specifically in... the mornings. The location attracts some of the homeless but they really have no place to go. Read more
