***Avoid this McDonald's*** I ordered with the mobile app and came to the drive thru to pick up my order. I overheard the... employees talking about a customer who wanted fresh fries and nuggets. The employee gave me my drink and said to pull up to spot1. I pulled forward, 1 minute later another employee came out and asked if I had the nuggets and fries and I said no I had theBig Mac meal. I waited 12 more minutes and had to get back to work so I came into the store and asked for a refund so I wouldn'tbe late coming back to work. When I asked for a refund because I could not longer wait, she looked at my receipt and said theytold me I was supposed to pull back around for my order. I told her that in they asked me to park at spot number 1 and anotheremployee tried to give me the wrong food. She got the manager and they gave me cash since they couldn't figure out how to do acredit card refund. Read more
