Super busy. Ran out of apple pies and didn't tell anyone. Got home and noticed they weren't inside the bag. Head back up there... just to be told to go to the second window. So a young girl said I don't know why she was sending people back here for applepie. Y'all suppose to get a strawberry pie. Nobody wants a strawberry pie. Worst McDonald's trip I've had on a kong time. I waited in line for 10 minutes just to place my order! Once there I ordered a... Carmel frappe, he tells me they can't make any frappe or smoothies because their machine was broken! Come on SANDSPRINGS. Step it up! Read more
Let's of confusion over a mobile order and took a long while to get my order. Food was good and tasty, no mess ups. I'd love to... see it less trashy, maybe hire someone to clean up the grounds? Minus a star because McDonald's corporation is not using salt onfries or seems. No one goes to McDonald's to be healthy so use the salt! To those complaining about the homeless. Do you thinkthese workers are paid to clear out the homeless? No, plus it can be scary. If you have a problem then step up instead of beinga coward who relies on other's to do the dirty work. Wish they?d just take the option of a hot mocha off the menu. Most of the time it?s not even an option. They say the machine... isn?t working and then only part of the time you can get one is it actually made right or hot. Seems like they make it with oldmicrowaved coffee. This place is good during day however at night time from 12-am 5 am the Crew could be brighter, and the whole P.O.S. closing... from 3-4am needs to be addressed like maybe u can use a more efficient way to track money and orders at that time. Also I lovethe chocolate chip cookies and I have found it difficult to get the overnight crew to bake cookies and there was a man sleepingby the door. Aswell as a homeless man with no legs begging for food at the drive thru and cussing at customers when they ignorehim. I am willing to change my review if the conditions change. Read more
I went to McDonald's yesterday around 8pm. I ordered the new deluxe cheese burger. I love my burgers with lettuce and tomato. As... soon as I got home I looked at my burger and this is all the lettuce I got. I was very disappointed. Don't get me wrong it wasgood, but I had to add my own lettuce because this had more onions than lettuce. Do better cooks, don't be stingy with theveggies!! Read more
I honestly don't know where to start with this place so I'll just go. The employees are rude as can be and I don't even know how... they still have jobs or this place is even open. They just stand there and look at you and don't respond when you speak, shutthe window in my face after just taking the card/cash out of my hand, tossed it back to me instead of handing it and immediatelyshutting the window. Same when I went to get the food and then they gave me whatever this is supposed to be instead of what Iordered. The pictures show no justice and sadly enough my 10 year old said it looked better than it tasted and it literally hadsomething growing on the meat. I would NOT recommend this place to even use the restrooms. It was disgusting all the way aroundto say the very least. Read more
