My wife and I ate here last Friday and it was so delicious! They've got quite a selection on their menu and the woman working... the register was friendly and patient while I asked her a thousand questions about the menu and what she liked. I got thecranberry orange club and some tortilla soup. I really enjoyed both. The soup was served with some tortilla chips I could dipinto the soup and I really enjoyed that. Saw this place while shopping so decided to order online and have it curbside delivered. It said it would be ready by 12:39 and... I was already here when I ordered. Welp 15 minutes goes by and haven't received my food. There's tons of people so I gave themthat but they kept putting to go orders on the shelf. 20 minute mark came up and I'm just not going to sit here any longer.Turns out my food was sitting in the to go area this whole time.... The ticket literally highlighted my car info. This is NOThow carside works. But your employees want to chit chat instead of paying attention lol Edit: how unsanitary it is to do thisto food. They have the ability and product to make great food but the experience can be ruined with cold orders through their curbside... pick up. I would highly recommend not ordering curbside it isn't being staffed. Also management has integrity problem, theypromised a refund and never did credit my account. Read more
My BlackBerry lemonade was lacking BlackBerry. I have ordered this before at different locations and the BlackBerry was very... present in the bottom of the cup. Let me say the lemonade is still good ????. Read more
Love the French Dip. Have eaten at several of their locations. Tea is good. Only complaint I have is wish we had one one in... Crystal City in West Tulsa. I have to drive a long way and the price of fuel keeps me on the West side of the River. Town Westwould be another good location. Read more
These people manage to get my order wrong every time. I don?t even get how, But they do. The wrong drink, the wrong soup, no... cookie in my mobile order. It?s always something every time. When I ordered online it never showed that it was at 21st location and they never got it, so I showed the lady belive the... manager my acct where it was taken out, and she fixed me up. Very thankful but I showed the receipt so she knew I was tellingthe truth. Very pleased and great customer service. Read more
