Got an order of raviolis where literally half of the raviolis were EMPTY and had no filling. Called to tell them and they... refused to do anything to rectify it bc they had already given me a discount for being 30minutes late. The discount was forbeing late, not for having improper food. As someone who used to work in the call center, and has worked management at otherbusinesses, I am APPALLED at the utter lack of care for a proper order. Read more

The staff was very friendly, and courteous. We did have to wait awhile for our food, but it's understandable if the staff is... short. That's the only reason for my rating. The food was hot when we got it. The manager was very understanding, and pleasantto speak with. She took care of my other issue. I will give another rating after I visit , or order again. Read more

No dine in here but the take out window is covered and the staff is always courteous and helpful.
I ordered 2 pizzas from the 15 and Sheridan location. They got my stuff crust order right but gave me an empty box for my New... York style cheese pizza. When I returned, I had to wait for them to make the pizza. Then they gave me a medium cheese pizzainstead of the New York style pizza. I was already sick of waiting and dealing with them so I took it and left. This place isa joke and seemed to be run by nothing but addicts. I also saw an ankle monitor on one of the employees. Subpar compared to other locations. Drive through only so good wasn't hot and fresh do to waiting for three cars ahead. I... ordered a thin crust well done but received a floppy lightly cooked pizza. I love mazzios but definitely won't be using thislocation. Read more
