Ordered a graduation cookie cake for my sons graduation, used one of the graduation designs on their site, and when I went to... pick it up, it said class of 202, then the diploma that was supposed to be under it was beside the 202 awkwardly turned and itwas the worst cookie cake I have ever ordered, emailed customer service & they didn't seem to care whatsoever that I paid $60for a cookie cake & gave me something I was embarrassed to serve, just said thanks for the feedback, this is feedback i wasmaking a formal complaint, that I'm sure got ignored, I spent a lot of money here over the years but never again will I shop orsupport this business, there's too many other business out there that will give me what I ordered and be better than thiscompany. I came later in the day so maybe they just don?t make fresh cookies throughout the day, but it was $10 for one iced and one... double doozie cookie- I remember the prices being high, but that?s pretty high! They were unfortunately not very good. I hadhoped to order a cookie cake but after seeing some of the reviews I didn?t want to chance that kind of money. I?m glad I didn?t!I would give the stand another try since I grew up loving GAC, but maybe just avoid them in the afternoon. Read more
What?s happened to GAC? I?ve been a customer for 10+ years and I am super disappointed in what it?s become. The cookie cakes and... slices are thinner than I have ever seen yet the price is still very high! You get more than half of the cookie taken away fromyou yet the price is still the same. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I will never order a cake from GAC again. To be paperthin is embarrassing for your company and outrageous for nearing $40!! Read more
We ordered a cookie cake today, and it was perfect! Sometimes the actual cookie cakes don't look as good as what's online, but... this one was perfect! I was so impressed. Whoever made it also left a sweet birthday message in the box. We order lots ofcookie cakes with Great American Cookie Co, and this was definitely our best overall experience. The people that work here are incredibly rude. On Thursday afternoon, there was a very long line for people needing to place an... order. I was picking up a doordash that was already late. I walked up to 2 employees in the back who were eating and chatting. Itold them of the doordash order and they told me I needed to wait in line and get it from the cashier. I said, "oh, it's notpaid for?' They told me that it was paid for but that I still needed to have the cashier give it to me. I explained thesituation and that the line was very long and asked if they could just hand it to me. They refused and went on chatting andeating. Absolutely ridiculous. Read more
