For the most part, their pizzas are ready when I go in. There's been a few exceptions when this location has told me to wait at... least 15min for a Hot N Ready because of a busy day. Well this past Tuesday, I stopped there to get my kids lunch. I ordered 2pizzas for approx $13 and it was a fast transaction. I pushed the door open to leave and immediately it swung back and hit myshoulder. I'm only posting because I want management to investigate and make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. Myshoulder/arm hurts so bad and fortunately I'm not a hemophiliac, so it's not like I'll bleed internally and die, BUT I am surethis organization doesn't want to have start mitigating comp claims. Horrible customer service there is a guy that?s up front taking orders and always with an attitude and always on his phone... instead of helping out! Literally got into an argument for the dumbest thing and doesn?t know how to treat a customer. I believehe is still there because they cant keep people.. I don?t try to go there but that is the nearest one to me! Read more
I feel mixed about this place the day crew is spot on and they always have pizza ready but the night crew is trash they never... have hit and ready pizza waiting and the people at the counter never greet you and are not friendly at all, you can tell theyhating working there and dealing with customers. I would give a 3 star the horrible job the night crew does just outweights allthe positive the day crew has done. So if u do go please go during the day. Just my opinion. Read more
Second time ordering a classic pizza with extra pepperoni. Terrible it is burnt and doesn?t even have extra pepperoni smh. This... used to be a great place but know it?s jst horrible. I strongly disagree to come here. Read more
Ordered ahead of 5-8 people, 1 three meat and one pep. The five ahead of me got there orders first, was waiting on the three... meat , 2 of the 8 people ordered a three meat as well, but I ordered first, should?ve gave me my order first, have me waiting 45minutes when they kept giving my order to other people. Today I tried the extra most bestest pepperoni thin crust pizza with crazy bread and crazy sauce!!! Wow. It really made a huge... difference from the deep dish I am hugely addicted to. The pizza also makes a great breakfast.....for those of you who are oldschool cold pizza lovers????????????????????
