Great pizza great price & great taste, we got the supreme pizza & chicken wings & crazy bread! Very friendly staff & super clean... store! The only problem was saw an employee come in from smoking & didn?t wash hers hands & started working on making pizzagross! Read more

Just read the reviews and by all means. DO NOT EAT HERE. employees are rude and I had a portal order that I?m waiting on a... refund for. Didn?t even bother to come to drive through window to let us know their system was down. Waited on order outside for20 minutes. I will never order from this location again. They can?t even keep staffed enough to open the lobby so I can pick upmy online order. Poorly ran store. Read more
Honestly I would give no stars if I could. I am not trying to be a Karen or anything like that because I know I am not in the... wrong. Quite a few other times we have had issues with this location and we have found fingernails and hair in our pizza before.Today we had an issue with all four pizzas having rancid smelling cheese on them. They tried to argue saying it was the ham onthe pizza but obviously it was not because after I left the nasty pizza at this location where it came from to begin with, Iwent to another location and even they said it was definitely not the ham that smelled nasty it was indeed rancid cheese. I amglad I told that location about it because they said that they would take care of it because apparently it's their sisterlocation if I remember correctly. We ordered the exact same pizzas at this other location and in no way do they smell the sameas the pizza from this location on Sheridan. I will be getting a hold of the health department because that is disgusting. And Ihave shared this information with my neighborhood also so no one else gets sick. Something needs to be done when there arepeople trying to put rancid cheese on pizzas and selling them to people. This location is just nasty. Now because that is justvery uncalled for. I also want to add that the only reason we had pizza delivered from this location was because we used theLittle Caesars app which I will not be using again because if this is going to happen with this location I don't want thislocation. I will drive the extra few miles out to pine and Harvard because that way I know my children are not going to get sickbecause of rancid cheese or fingernails and hair in the pizza. Read more
What is wrong with this location?!?!?! Pizza portal order was not completed, I was told I would have to wait until the... forgotten items were ready. The lady argued with me when I returned the one out of three items I received and requested arefund which I had to contact corporate to get. Decided to give them another chance, now the lobby is closed, kinda defeats thepurpose of the pizza portal. Pizza quality/taste is a -5 when compared to other locations. This store needs corporate to come inand "remodel" this location. The next time I want Little Cesar's, I will drive an extra 5-7 miles to go to north or east Tulsato get it just to keep from using this location. Read more
My wife placed our order in the online app at around 7:35 pm which said our order should be ready just after 8 pm. We arrived at... this location just after 8 pm (a few minutes after the app estimated the order to be in the pizza portal) to find the doorlocked, so I was unable to pick up our food from the pizza portal. The hours posted on the door state the lobby closes at 9 pmand the store closes completely at 10 pm, so the lobby had been closed around an hour early. The only remaining option was towait in the drive through to get our order. While we waited we received an email just after 8:30 pm stating the order was readyto pick up from the pizza portal, around an hour after the order was placed and about 30 minutes later than the app estimate! Ofcourse with the lobby closed we could only continue to wait in the drive through. It would be almost 9 pm before we were able tofinally get our order from the drive through. In total we were waiting in that drive through for over 40 minutes! We got theorder home less than 10 minutes after receiving it and it was all cold and the crazy bread was still half raw! I looked up thecorporate number as I intend to request that this locations franchise license be revoked. I also filed a complaint with thehealth department due to the raw dough and lack of any employee who handled my food wearing a mask or gloves. Eat here at yourown risk. The pizza is always decent and it's really easy to pick up and go out of the pizza portal. They have it hot and ready quickly so... it makes for a fast lunch when you need it. Read more
