Honestly no stars if I could. Terrible customer service. Customers smoking drugs (not legal kind) in front of building. Pizza is... never cut all the way through. The associates have no cares or willingness to do there job properly. Read more
I always get a cheese pizza with extra marinara sauce, paid extra just to get extra marinara sauce and waited 15 mins for my... pizza and 2 orders of the stuffed crazy bread. Checked my pizza and asked if there was extra sauce on it the cashier said yes Iopened it in front of her and of course it was not extra on it. Showed her and she said "do you want us to make it over". Atthat point I didn't feel like waiting, just told her who ever is making the pizza tell them to pay attention and to do theirjobs. For some reason this location not that great. If someone asks for a Pep. That's a classic right? And if the cashier isn't sure I... believe they should ask instead of charging the order as an extra Pep. I see this as disappointing and disrespectful. Becausethat cashier is over charging people. I live with Roomies who don't have a car anymore, so I have to order through Doordash. Every time I make an order with this... location (I cant choose another) I am always missing something and my Cheese Pizza is always burnt. I made a call to get arefund on my few missing orders, well a girl answered and I explained I am missing a few things, and she asked if I could go upthere to pick it up. I explained I have no way of getting there, so she spoke to a manager; well I heard every word that wassaid between the girl, the manager, and another person and they were all pretty rude, and the final result they said that I hadto go up there.
