This store is always a mess when I visit. Always dirty, especially around the drink area. Their "kitchen" is never open so you... can never get anything. Pretty sure it's understaffed. I don't know how they expect to compete with QuickTrip like this.. but Iwill give them on extra start because of the coffee, which is the only reason I visit. Read more
Fast friendly safe feeling environment very well lit they have their own security guards at night.
The lady that was working there today was extremely rude and very unhelpful they shouldn't have people like her working the... register. When you work behind the front counter (cash register) your supposed to smile and be polite but obviously they don'tcare how there employees treat customers I'm very disappointed Read more
This place is nasty, All the glass is hand prance and smears all over it the hot dog roller machine looks disgusting the one on... the left doesn't have anything on it but it looks so nasty the block Shields on some of the food side look disgusting. The man'sbathroom looks so horrible I didn't want to be in there anymore the blowers don't work and there's nothing to dry your hands onthere's trash all over the floors. I didn't take a picture in there but I did some of the other areas There's 5 people in hereworking one of them is over in the food and the other 4 are behind the register area 1 is ringing people up and the other onesare just talking and hanging out . Rude unprofessional heavy set blonde cashier. She laughed at a customer all because the currency on the Kum & Go app was not... accepted. The lady had a virutual visa card with funds on it. She tries to get gas but the app wasn't working. Then her friendwent in there with her card and the male cashier told her that the computers were having issues especially at the pump. Theheavy set blonde cashier wearing the pizza hut mask was smiling and laughing at this poor lady that had app issues. Instead ofbeing professional she was rude and said "oops!!! laughed and told her we do not accept that plus our system is not updated forthat. She continued to laugh and told the other cashiers to ignore her and handle paying customers. I will not go to thislocation due to a rude heavy set blonde lady that wore the pizza hut mask. Shame on you a small 4 year old child was in thevehicle with a few other people burning up in this heat. I got in my car went to QT across the street instead. This happenedtoday. I hope she gets repermanded for being unprofessional and rude. No customer should be getting treated so badly feom acashier like her. I will not be coming back to this location for anything QT will be my go to from now on. At least a kindperson gave her 5.00 for gas to get these people home. Actually really liked coming to come and go cheaper than QuikTrip even has my favorite type of water and the sodas are cheaper I... just wish they carried Coke Zero. Read more
I love this Kum & Go. The staff are ALWAYS friendly and get to know their customers personally, This store is always clean and... well lit. Their piizza is pretty good, especially on Wednesdays- dollar slice day - try the breakfast pizza, it doesn'tdisappoint. (You can order a full pizza for $8 that day too) My favorite convenience store. I pass others just to come to thisplace. Read more
This past weekend, I purchased Gas at the pump, which was OK. I went inside and purchased a Mt Dew, and for the Drive a bag of... Dot's Homestyle Snacks Baked Cheese Curls, $8 something a bag the highest I have EVER PAID! but they are good right and for thedrive! Well 200 miles later, I open them up for everyone in the van... and take a handful.... as I put the first one in mymouth I immediately SPIT it out its soo stale.... I then look at the Bag to find I over paid for cheese curls that was not justa MONTH expired but expired on 04/21/22. HOW does this HAPPEN?? Read more
