This Krispy Kreme has unfortunately gone downhill. I haven't been to this location since it opened up and it used to have cars... wrapped around the building. Not anymore... The donuts are so much smaller than they used to be and they weren't fresh at all.The place was run by what seemed to be all teenagers and most of them were out in the sitting area arguing. Donuts were good. The customer service was bad, they we're all grumpy, slow to do their job, and just uncomfortable to be... around. We ordered one latte which took quite a bit of time to make. About 3-4 minutes of us standing there after we ordered thecoffee. There were three other employees in the front just standing there. The coffee was disgusting. Mostly just syrup andblack coffee. Don?t order drinks! Especially the coffee because they do not know how to make them. Got two large Caramel ice coffee?s and this... is what was given to me. Straight black with caramel, literally lol. Doughnuts are to die for of course! Read more
Great tasting donuts but when I come after 1pm like I did today they never have any of the donuts I want, (e.g.lemon filled) so... I always spend less than I would otherwise spend and leave unsatisfied. I also don?t understand why in the middle of ordering,usually by my second donut, they ask how many donuts I intend to order. I really don?t know, keep ordering however many soundsgood and if they need to know that information why don?t they ask you right off the bat. as soon as the person pulls up theyshould greet you and ask how many as you intend to order in my opinion. it?s a small thing but would be nice. Hands down the best yeast donuts in the country. I have eaten more than enough yeast donuts in my 56 years but time and again... they are the best. I have been to many other chains and for yeast donuts, no one can touch them. We got the assorted dozen ofdonuts. The straight glazed are delicious too. For the ultimate treat go when they are making the donuts and get a glazed whenthey are still hot. They literally melt in your mouth. Krispy Kreme is a round piece of delicious Americana that neverdisappoints. Read more
I went through the drive-thru and ordered a dozen chocolate kreme filled donuts. When I arrived at my destination and someone... opened the box, it was a dozen chocolate sprinkle donuts. How does someone who works at Krispy Kreme confuse chocolate kremefilled donuts with this? Read more

So. Here we are, on a Saturday morning- at 10 AM. Parking lot is empty. Kidding, right? Sign on the door says lobby is closed.... Use drive-thru. We do. Slow line- no greeting. Ok. No problem- just getting our doughnuts- we start the order, she interrupts tosay ?no maple?. - we get our order- not even a stinking napkin -not one-to eat these sticky doughnuts, sitting in our car, withour grandchildren! My son said a while back the service was bad enough it was their last trip. Looks like ours too. Not even theproduct is worth the lousy service. Somebody!
