The wait for drive thru was horrible took 20 minutes to reach window. Then a 6 minute wait for our order turned into a 45 minute... wait. When I requested a refund for food that wasn't ready yet. I was told by clerk she didn't know how to do a refund. I wouldhave to come back in the morning & speak with manager. I did contact customer service online & spoke with customer support byphone. Just okay. I had booked the room one week in advance through their call centre. Still when I went there they said all rooms are... full. Then they said wait, one room just got vacant, we will quickly clean and give. Room was just okay. Only one small Medimixin the name of toiletries. Received the Tea kettle on asking. No iron box even on asking. Service is quick. They only cook idliand dosa for breakfast, only for people who book online. For lunch and dinner they have kept a menu of nearby restaurant andthey deliver food to the room. Read more
