They can't even get a simple order right, they weren't even busy, there was like 1 car ahead of me and no one behind me and they... Still got the order wrong. These are the same people who want 15 dollar an hour? Get real. I order 3 piece combo extra crispywith a side of Cole slaw and they gave me original chicken with no Cole slaw after they charge me too. Smh. I'd give them zeroStat if I could. Edit: after looking at my order, they end up giving me 2 piece instead of 3. Wow. I'm going to issue a disputeon my card. I'm never going back to that location. Read more
This is the second time i ordered a two piece crispy and they gave me nasty original . This stores accuracy is complete garbage... and i called and no one will answer the phone i really dislike this location . Read more

Waited 10 mins for one meal when I paid for two. And the meal we did get wasnt right. The whole wait we didnt get our drinks and... then when we got our food the kid wanted to argue saying we did get our drinks. I went back and got my money back. Read more
Check your bags!!! Went through the drive thru and ordered an extra large mashed potatoes and gravy with my meal and didn't get... it. Called at least 50 times when I finally got ahold of someone, and was only offered mashed potatoes . Beware Read more
Stopped for an early dinner on the way home. Went thru the drive thru. I ordered a snack box. 1pc chicken, fries, biscuit,... cookie and drink. I sat in line for about 6 minutes. I sat at the window for over 20 minutes. The girl came and got my moneyright after I pulled up. She gave me my drink. Didn't say anything, just shut the window. She finally came back to the windowabout 15 minutes later and said they were waiting on fries. I was visibly upset. She asked me if I wanted an extra cookie. Iasked how much longer she she said 2 minutes maybe. It was another 5 minutes before I got my food. MINUS the extra cookie atthat. Plus side.... The fries WERE hot. Decided to try the $5 'Mac & Cheese Bowl'....... Yummy! And super fast service, ready when I got there Famous bowl was good
