Hadn't been to a Jimmy John's in years as I had a negative experience at one in Dallas. This one was great. Food was prepared... perfectly and was ready before I finished filling my drink. I like the size of the bread compared to other sandwich places,although I'd prefer a crustier roll. The toppings were plentiful and tasty. Will be back some time for another. I hear theirtuna is great so I'm thinking to try that next time. Read more
I ordered my favorite sandwich and they had it at my door within 15 minutes. The only problem was that the driver had no... change, so I ended up tipping $11 on a $12 sandwich, but they credited some of that back to my account. So I'm happy. Just becareful Jimmy John's downtown Tulsa, because there seems to always be a few things wrong with each order.... but it is alwaysdelivered fast and taste good. Always enjoyed my subs. They were always made the way I ordered. Staff made a mistake in delivery and corrected it quickly and... threw in a free cookie ( which was my favorite...... how did he know. ????). Hate that they don't deliver in this area anymore.I'm disable so my transportation is none and I have to depend on others for driving things. I'll order when I can. Read more
Good food. Made fresh and taste great. However, they do not follow instructions very well. If you ask for no tomatoes or to... slice in half, they NEVER do it. I live less than a quarter mile away. I get a notification when they?re out for delivery and itusually takes 45 minutes to actually arrive. I?ve called the store and provided this feedback and nothing changes. Bottom lineis: adjust your expectations when ordering from them at this location. Read more

This Jimmy John?s is the worst. Most days I?m in their delivery range, but occasionally they?ll arbitrarily cancel the order,... and say that I am not. When they cancel, they won?t even email, call, or let you know the order was canceled. You?ll just bewaiting on the order to arrive, without any knowledge that it?s not coming. The staff is rude, unpleasant, and will boldly lieto your face. Bad service. Low quality. Would not recommend. Read more
Fast and friendly service, food was good- very good but the prices were a little on the high side. The quality of the roast... beef was very good and was really tender. This sandwhich cost $7.87 including tax. Read more
