I ordered my lunch at 10:15 to be delivered during my lunch time at 12:30. By 1:15 after my lunch break I had to cancel my... order. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I love their sandwiches but I miss lunch cause they can?t deliver on time.Update: do not leave a review on their website they will not reply to you or give you any refund. Do not Doordash this Jimmy John?s. They simply won?t deliver your food. I?ve tried 3 different times, each time thinking it... would be different, and each time I never got my food and had to get a refund. I don?t know why they even offer that service ifthey won?t do it. Read more
Second time recently that sandwiches were made not how they were ordered. Loosely made, poorly wrapped. Not labeled. Drinks... barely 3/4 filled. Contacted JJ feedback they said they would let the store know. A fair amount of time has passed since but thestore has done nothing. Sad experiences recently from my favorite lunch spot. Read more
I order alot from this location. Sometimes they get it wrong but most often it's correct. The biggest issue I have is the fact... that they NEVER, and I mean NEVER! have my food by the door. I've tried timing it as 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes. It'slike they don't know that pickup orders need to be placed by the front door. I ALWAYS, and I mean ALWAYS, have to wait in line,ask for my sandwich, at which point the cashier gets it from the end of the line and hands it to me. My order took over an hour to deliver. Manny from this store called me to say the driver was here. When I asked for his name he... would not tell me, then he laughed and finally told me. I quote "I'm giggling at this conversation". Didn't know asking forsomeone's name would be funny, but apparently it was to this individual. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from this placeagain. Also, the delivery driver is just sitting here on his phone. Probably why my order was late. Read more
