Spent 20 minutes waiting for them to make one sandwich. Their card machine wasn't working properly to take payment from my... debit card. Thank God I carry cash. There were a few large orders ahead of mine, but you'd think they could squeeze in a singleorder among the bigger orders. If you are pressed for time, don't go to this location. This is consistantly the worst Jimmy Johns I have ever continued to order from. 95% of the orders are via Door Dash. And 90% of... the orders get canceled from some various reason. No driver available (so why have door dash turned on) supposed car problems?Do we not do checks on our drivers cars to make sure they are in good running condition. Then when the orders do actually arrivehalf the time they are incorrect. If i didnt have three small kids that loved the food I wouldnt order as I know I am justasking for issues. Read more

Ordered through the drive through and sat at the window for about 10 minutes with no communication at all. Fiance called the... store and we were told that they have a full lobby and to was rudely told to just keep waiting. I was a first time customer today. I online ordered and picked up. The food was ready fast, but not without suffering in quality... tremendously. It had 4 strips of bacon on it that was obviously the precooked kind and very thin slices. I would be surprised ifit was 2 oz of meat. The bread was also very soggy and the sandwich was ice cold as if it had been premade hours earlier. Pleaseview the photos for detail. Very disappointed. No, I did not ask for a refund or call as I did not have the time during my lunchhour. In the split picture the top photo is from their menu and the bottom is what I received. Read more
