I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I placed an order online for pick up. They called right away and I was told they... were out of unwhich?s and if i wanted to cancel my whole order and order elsewhere (12 sandwiches in total, 3 unwhich) i statedno, just make the 9 regular, refund me for the 3 unwhich?s, and I?ll order from the other location down the street. Easy right?I drive over to the store, walk in and only 1 guy is making sandwiches while the girl stood by the drive thru twirling her hairand doing nothing. After 30 minutes of waiting inside and seeing sandwiches being made for everyone inside but me, I walked upto the register. All 3 employees completely ignored me and I had to say ?excuse me?. I stated I placed an order online 45 minago and they said they would get to it. Employees clearly could care less about their job. I told them to cancel my order and Iwould go elsewhere. Y?all I love Jimmy John?s. Service has gone down at this location. Freaky fast has left this crew and I think it?s because... they?re overwhelmed. Either new staff or spread thin across walk in customers and online orders. I hope it improves. Be ready tosit almost 10 minutes to get you sandwich. I miss being able to grab my sandwich before I could fill my drink. Sandwich andchips still slap though! Read more
This business is not technically open. They usually have 0-1 people working. They have a drive trough but act like it doesn?t... exist. I don?t know how the food is at this location because I?ve never had the pleasure of having my order taken at the drivethrough - even after waiting 20 minutes on a Wednesday afternoon. Delivery? Yeah they will deliver. To the wrong house 4/5times. If you call to tell them they delivered to the wrong house, you will be scoffed at by a 38 year old man child. The place is was empty but that did not matter the service was up to Jimmy John's standards freaky fast. An elderly lady ordered... before me and right when she sat down her sandwiches were done, the staff ensured she didn't have to stand up get it. I alsonoticed while i was there that one of the guys making the sandwiches took his apron off and then proceeded to deliver thesandwich. This staff looked very hard working. Was treated extremely rudely by the staff. They were short with me and I was told there was no way to get a sandwich with... turkey and cheese and avocado on it only unless it came on the side. Terrible customer service and incredibly slow delivery at this location. The food is usually pretty good though. My last order... took over an hour and a half to deliver. An hour of which was still on the "order received" status. I called the store about it,where they told me it was about to go out for delivery, which I didn't even receive as much as an apology for the wait. Afterthe call, it still took another 30 minutes before it was delivered. Once I received it, the drink was incorrect. The timebefore that, I ordered delivery from this location, which also took over an hour and was missing a drink. Most of the time theydon't cut the sandwich in half when I specifically ask. Even when I order at the drive thru, the service is much slower andemployees are usually cold and standoffish than any other location I've been. If you're going to claim to have "freaky fastdelivery", than you need to deliver on that promise or at least warn customers order times are longer than usual before theyorder. Read more
When you go to a Jimmy John?s, you know it?s gonna be reliably good. This one doesn?t fall short. Located right across from the... fairgrounds and a water park, it?s also got a Target and some other good shops nearby, making it a convenient quick lunch ordinner stop. The sandwiches are great, and just as fast as they say, or even faster sometimes. Even if you customize your order,it?s still in your hands within 60 seconds OR LESS. It?s obvious these guys just have it down, from the franchise to the localmanagement. Everything is immaculately tidy and clean - even the bathrooms. I mean, I wouldn?t want to eat lunch in there, butyou could. The customer service is friendly and efficient, they don?t even flinch when I ask for extra extra extra vinegar sauceand double pep on my Vito. The chips are good, the cookies are good, even the music is good. Every time I walk into a JimmyJohn?s I think ?hey, I should open one of these up somewhere?, but truthfully, I think that might break the magic. I love it toomuch.
