Horrible. Twice visited this location. Both times the same bad customer service. Moody youth. No smile, no greeting. They just... look mad you?re there but would they have a job if customers didn?t come in? Goodness this is a prime location near severalschools?Hire better Jersey Mike?s!!! So disappointing. Your other locations are SO much better!! Corporate needs to do a secretstop in to this location. Flies on food, old- dried out meat in meat cutter, slow as ever service! No mention of ?thank you? foryour wait. I?ve been in the food industry & these ladies need a lesson or two or to be let go. The men working on my first visitwere the same! My husband didn?t even want to eat he was so frustrated with the service that afternoon. I asked them to pleaseclean the meat cutter today and it took so long we left. I didn?t want to stand there w my daughter and hear foul loud music onthe speakers. Todays visit was at 4 pm. Owners should check the cameras to see who was working if they care to stay open. Stopped in on my way to the Children?s Hospital. I was obviously flustered, and the Employee was nice enough to explain how... their menu worked, as I had never been there before. As I was gearing up to leave, she said come back and see us. I told her I?mnever around the parts, I?m just on my way to get to the Children?s Hospital to be with my son and wife. She tossed in a cookie,said I hope everything gets sorted out. She probably didn?t know it, but she left a lasting impression. Thank you so much. Read more

Always going above and beyond! I started going to this location every week since they have opened and have never been... disappointed! The staff is so friendly! They are professional and it's ALWAYS clean, even in the middle of a crazy lunchrush. So happy this location opened! Read more
Staff was kind and greeted me when I walked in. Sandwich was made quickly and tasted great! Not much else to ask for. They got... pretty busy after I got my sandwich and were able to process those customers faster than I thought. Only hick up was that thecredit card machine kept messing up. Read more
This location is awful. No eye contact, no greeting. But mostly I ordered this sub in a tub and they HAVE NO KNIVES. They... refused to cut up the veggies and meat so I am left to eat like an animal and rip them apart with my hands. Ridiculous! Read more
This was my first time going here. I tried the #17 famous philly and the #13 original italian on rosemary bread. From the bread... to the meat, to the cheese, to the peppers and onions, the philly was nothing special. You would be better off going to PhatPhillies. The italian sub was average as well with the best part being the rosemary bread. My problem with all of these sandwichshops is they all have the same thing. Nothing to differentiate themselves. They can't genetically engineer better meat orveggies, so they have to rely on bread and sauces. Unless you can offer me an amazing meatball sub, I'd rather just go tofirehouse subs. I will say though, the restaurant was clean and the woman behind the counter greeted me and was friendly. Read more
