Their selection of things I liked was quite limited. I was surprised at that. The food itself wasn't bad. It was good, but... not great. The service was where the indigestion was. They were off-putting and dismissive. My wife would call it borderlinerude, though I wouldn't go that far. It just seemed like we had little importance to them. Then again, it is Jersey. I mightcompare it to the whole Jersey experience. If you want rude and insulting people, go to New Jersey. I have been there andthese people were much nicer than the ones in New Jersey. Read more
We just finished eating at the 10912 Memorial Drive store. Today is 8/19, Friday. There was an African American guy in there,... guessing in his 20?s, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, professional. Had a big smile on his face. I wish I would havegotten his name, but just wanted to let your company know what a wonderful employee you have. My Italian sandwich was fabulous,too. Just such a nice lunch and this young man?s customer service went above and beyond. Read more
Ordered through app. Walked in and sandwiches hadn?t been started yet. Seems like some miscommunication among workers. The... Sammy?s were pretty good but was blown away by how small they were compared to price. I figured I would get a footlong for $10,but I think they called it a 7inch. Would prolly go back because it was a good sandwich, but may have to order their larger oneand pay $16 ???????????. Read more
Food is always pretty damn good, but I won?t lie to you some of the employees are just very unkept and unclean. I can literally... smell them and their breath apon getting close to the counter. Read more

Service here is friendly and efficient. The Big Kahuna Cheesesteak sandwich is packed full of flavorful steak and melty cheese.... The addition of jalapeno peppers to the sandwich give it just the right amount of heat. Jersey Mike's subs seem to be muchbigger than their competition. Extremely disappointed. We frequent this location at least once a week. I ordered online since my husband gets a hot sandwich... and I get a cold one, it always takes longer for his. I arrived at the projected pick up time, 1:20 pm. I was informed that mysandwich was done but they burned his and had to remake it. They remade it, wrong size, remade again, wrong size. I just tookboth of the wrong sized sandwiched which I guess made the right size?? Meanwhile, my cold sandwich has just been sitting herefor at least 20 minutes, but probably longer. I left at 1:45 extremely frustrated and hungry. Something that is typically sosimple was just continually messed up. Oh, and the meal was $27. I?ll be visiting the Jersey Mikes at 91 and Yale from now on. Read more
