I love this place for the wide variety of meal choices. It's perfect for families with multiple picky eaters (adults or... children). The drive through is fast even when they are under staffed. That might be why I have yet to see a smile on anemployee's face but they have never been rude. Always double check you received the condiments you requested and definitely trythe egg rolls. I came here a few days ago and about a month before that. It took me a long time to even try Jack in the box, I'm just funny... like that, but about 3 years ago I started to really like them. Well in the past year, they have gotten all my orders wrong.It's always missing something, and I always have to wait. You all have got to do better . Read more
The food was decently good, it's Jack in the Box, what do you expect? I had to eat somewhere while the power was out over half... of Tulsa. However, the young woman they had working at the drive-thru was one of the most refreshingly enthusiastic, andexcellent customer servants I have run into in the last 20 years. My only sadness is that I didn't catch her name so that Icould give her some public kudos here for having such a wonderful attitude in a service industry! Read more
Not great. Service was in par with what I thought it would be. I got the spicy chicken strips and let's just say that cardboard... is a word that comes to mind. They were spicy though. Almost to spicy though. Shoulda got the Taco's. Read more
We stopped in for some food and I had 2 different orders. On the 2nd order, I gave her a $20 and she didn't give me my receipt... or change back. I didn't realize it until I made it to where I was going so I called and told me to call back tomorrow and speakwith the manager. That has been almost 2 weeks or so and they give me the run around. How I see it I was "jacked" for $13 andsome change. 8-9-22 I ordered 4 orders of the 2 tacos and they were terrible. If I didn't door dash them I would return them!Sliced cheese?!? On tacos?
