The place was filthy, looks like they had just hosted a food fight. What a shame that these employees are allowing a new... building to get so trashed. The service was poor although the server was as not busy. I was brought two empty bottles of ketchupbefore I had to go find the secret stash of full bottles myself. I didn?t know much better but I decided to try the hamburgerand it was trash I should have tossed it in the floor with the other food. We waited almost 15 min before we had to get up and grab a waitress to come to our table to get drinks and by this time we went... ahead and ordered. We were there approx 50 min before our came out. The food was horrible. Undercooked and overcooked. Coldand hard as a rock. We couldn?t even eat our food and still had to pay for majority of it after speaking to the manager whooffered to re cook our food her self. She stated it would take her a bit to remake. We couldn?t spend another hour there.There were only two other tables that had other customers and about 6 wait staff. I do not recommend this Ihop. Read more
Got there at 3:30, we were seated by one waitress, and had two waitresses asked us if anyone had taken our orders yet. There... seemed to be a bit of confusion and even when two people took our order of 3 waters and some lemon it took 20 minutes. Tookanother 10 minutes before getting our order. I had an okay BLT with pancakes, but the BLT was really dry. My two friends' mealwas subpar. On top of that I had to go to our waitress, Jamie, to bring our receipts. I guess there was a party in the kitchen? There weren't many workers on the floor for anyone to notice. Note: our waitress was actually sweet and nice, just belowaverage on attentiveness. Read more
I ordered an omelette at this location and they gave me an UNGODLY amount of onions. It?s almost as if I ordered an onion with a... side of egg?. The pic doesn?t do justice because my bf took a spoonful and put some on his burger????.. so gross Read more
The place is newly built and was quite clean. The staff and servers were all friendly and welcoming. The food was fresh and... tasted great. The service was quick and my order was correct. Located in a prime spot near the mall. It?s open 24/7. I wouldrecommend this location. Read more
I love IHOP... But this was not a good experience. We are the ONLY table in the building and it took 20 minutes for our food to... come out. My meal came out wrong and with cold biscuits and gravy. It took 5 minutes to get warm biscuits and gravy and 10minutes to get the right style eggs. Speaking of the gravy... The menu says it is "Hardy country gravy"... Not sure what I gotbut it was more like flavored water... See picture. Our waiter was nice but not good at his job. He didn't take notes and hadto come back after he already messed up the order to confirm what it was. He never gave me a refill... He kept trying to takefood off the table we were still eating.
