The hostess was nice she got us seated quickly.Our server was super nice. He was an older Gentleman maybe late 50s but,his... energy was very positive. He was polite and,prompt. As soon as our food was ready he brought it straight to us piping hot. Hechecked on us often to make sure we were satisfied. I would visit that location again. They were very professional. Read more
Our waiter was decent and quiet. The food was mediocre. BUT the main issue was a manager named "April". This individual needs... fired. Yelled and screamed at the staff. Demeaning, loud and out of line. I'm a trainer for employees and management and I cantell you this lady doesn't have the skills nor the knowledge to lead a blind starving dog to a bowl of water. We watched as sheyelled to an employee to work in THIS SPOT! I can't say what started the situation, BUT, I can say I witnessed the employeeholding the way she responded. If it me and I was treated this way, I would have walked out. In an already short staff situationthe last thing a customer wants is to hear this while trying to enjoy a meal. If I wanted to pay for entertainment, I would'vepurchased UFC tickets. I Not only will never eat here again, I insist on this being handled and receiving a call from the GM.This will also be forwarded to corporate feedback to possibly assist in employee training. Do have to say that it was a very pleasant and enjoyable time. Food was excellent! You know... the kind of food that even though... your already stuffed, you still eat those last few bites anyway.... Went in around 12am. They were not busy and. The building smelled foul and most of the tables were not clean. The waiter barely... cleaned the table and took far too long to take our order. Once he finally took the order, we waited roughly 25 minutes andstill hadn't gotten our food. We walked out. Will not come back. Read more
Our waitress "Amanda" was excellent, the food came out hot and fast! Everything was really good, I had almost lost faith due to... other experiences... We stopped going to the one in Glenpool due to poor service. This one is probably the best in Tulsa!!! Read more
Clean place got seated quickly. Waited a little bit to order. Food was fantastic. Ba Ba banana pancakes are delicious.
This IHOP has absolutely terrible service. The girl that was waiting on us brought us our drinks and then went to talk to... another table for about 20 minutes. Then we finally flagged her down and asked her to take our order. I had to ask for thewater that I ordered to go along with my coffee. After she took our order she went back to that same table for about another 20minutes or so to talk and show them pictures. The table behind us turned around and said that they were sorry for us because wegot the same server that they did. We said well maybe she was new to give her the benefit of the doubt, but they said she isnot. Apparently they eat there quite often and she has been there a while. She kept talking with that other table untilsomeone finally told her that she had food up that needed to be taken out. When she brought the food to us, the ham and cheeseomelet looked like a pile of eggs they had thrown together. The rest of the food was ok. We had to flag her back down to bringus condiments because she gave us our food and then started to walk off to that other table. She brought us our items that weasked for and then went back to the table with that she had been talking with. She was over there about another 20 to 25minutes before she came to check on us. We asked for a box and our checks. Thankfully we were able to check out quickly andget out of there. If we go there again, we will ask not to sit in her section. It was awful!! Read more
Upon getting there I decided to use the restroom. It was disgusting and to be truthful I have been in better smelling portable... potties. Once seated it took a bit to have our drink order taken. Once we got our drinks the waitress who is also a manageraddresses that there are only two servers and they're both managers... not sure why that part was even needed but... so once shetells us that it would be just a bit and she would be back to take our order. Okay no big deal I am a server I understand. Wewait a good 15 minutes while she is getting drinks for another bigger table. She finally gets back to take our order and shegoes and puts it in. Okay great... after telling the other big table that it would be a bit on their order they decided to notstay. The "manager" tells the kitchen that the big table had left. The kitchen then turns around and assumes it's our order thatwas not being waited for. We waited for an hour before asking where our food was only to find out it was never being made andthat it would take another 15-20 minutes for them to make it. I understand being short staffed but with two employeesidentifying as managers you would think that in a dead restaurant they'd be capable of putting in an order and communicatingwith the kitchen.
