The last 4 times I've ordered from here, they have forgotten an item I paid for. They couldn't send it back out today because... they had no driver and would have to pay for DoorDash again. I guess thats my problem now? The employee on the phone when Icalled was very nice. We order every week from here, guess its time to find a new place. Read more
So a couple of weeks ago a friend of mine introduced me to you guys and created my own sub it was amazing I went there tonight... for the first time on my own trying to get food for me and my family one they were kind of rude on the phone when I place theorder 2 when I got there they couldn't break a hundred it was all I had and I spent over $20 so it shouldn't have been aproblem. They did have a sign but it was my very first time into the store so I didn't know and they didn't say anything on thephone so I wasn't able to get my food and left in tears when your customers are crying you guys have a problem.
