Unfortunately prices have slightly gone up but the quality has remained the same. Great customer service, and made fresh to... order food. Ive always felt that their meat tastes the way InOut used to taste. And don't just get the regular fries, getthem Cajun seasoned, your taste buds will thank you. This location is no different from the rest, leaving full and satisfied. I highly recommend this this as my FF burger of choice. Read more
A little expensive for a hamburger place but they have great food. The fry portions are huge, a small is the save of an extra... large at most other fast food. Clean facilities with friendly and helpful staff! The lettuce wrap is a great gluten freeoption. Read more
Five guys is one of my favorite places - 25 minutes away, so I don't get to eat there as often as I'd like to. For Father's... Day, my wife placed an online order of burgers for me, herself and my daughter. She picked up 3 bags with no issues. When shegot home, we found that they forgot to put 2 of the burgers in the bag. We called back and they told us we could come and getthem - since it's an hour round trip, we declined. The manager offered to make us those burgers at a future date, but I toldher that I would like a refund instead. Was informed that only the District Manager could process that. After 2 weeks of norefund, I called and was told the same thing, and that they would email him again. Now almost a month later - I haven't heard athing and no refund. This District Manager should be ashamed of himself if this is how he exemplifies customer service to thestores he's responsible for. We ordered from the Five Guys at 9635 Riverside Pkwy in Tulsa, OK. The young men working behind the counter were polite and courteous. However, everything else about this experience was... Gross.... For a single patty cheese burger with free toppings, a small fry, and regular drink it is over $17.00. This is the same ballparkof price I would expect from a restaurant... With waiters, Clean tables, Dry floors... Any of the things I did not seetoday. When an establishment has 5-6 people behind the counter and less than 5 tables being used, the dining area should beclean. The floors were sticky, the tables still had trash and crumbs on them, and the bucket to collect dripping water is notdoing it's job. I don't blame the clearly teenage kids behind the counter. But I do question where management is. And if this isconsidered correct for your establishment... I'll take my $20 elsewhere. Read more
Food is good, always get a lot of fries and have unlimited peanuts. Location is good, plenty of parking. Never had a problem... with staff or service, always great. The only negative when it comes to Five Guys is the cost. Read more
