Convenient. Friendly. Rewards. I?m not a coffee drinker but I?m a huge fan of their lemonades. Tricky Tre lemonade is fantastic!... Astronaut lemonade is delightful. I love everything about Dutch Bros. I love their coffee and they always have the most incredible employees. My interaction with... them on Friday 2/18 changed how I will feel about them forever. I had a 14 year old pug who had cancer. We had to put her tosleep only 10 days after finding the tumor. It was awful. This dog was my baby. On the morning of her last day with us, westarted at Dutch Bros for some coffee. I talked with a female individual with pixie length brown hair (I?m not sure of theirpronouns) and another female with should length (?) red hair. They mentioned my dog and for some reason, I just let it all out.I told them that this was Bella?s last day and I was crying so hard. The brunette offered a hug but I was a mess. Haha! The redhead started crying as well. They gave Bella the most glorious pup cup in history and made me feel a little better. The care andcompassion of these people will never be forgotten and I?ve told so many people of how amazing they are. I?ll always be gratefulfor this interaction. Customer service is so great! The workers a so polite to each other and their customers. The drinks look beautiful and taste... great. Gave us some cute stickers too! We got a blended shark attack, a dragon slayer rebel, an iced golden eagle, and atropical tea. Highly recommend all four! They are delicious. Read more

First time experience: My husband had the caramel craze I believe it was called and it was really good! I got the Irish and it... taste like they forgot the flavor it is like plain espresso and breve. Which isn?t bad but definitely not what I expected wewere going to try to purchase or exchange out for something else but they were really busy so I kept it. Not awful just plain.
