Great on tha go dinner even just ta take home. This location is always hopping, so food is always fresh but little timely.
I went the drive-thru experience and the girl on the intercom was very thorough and polite. Order the Texas size tender three... piece with a side of gravy. Everything was fresh, the gravy was flavorful and the biscuits were absolutely to die for! Thislocation definitely knows how to add the honey butter! Read more
They're usually pretty good with excellent fried chicken and fresh sides but during my last visit using the drive-thru the... waitress/cashier served us the wrong food after having me pull to the side to wait for the right food to be prepared, as Iordered a 10 piece mixed and was willing to wait for it and after waiting 35 minutes when the cashier had said 12 minutes. Andit wasn't just myself that waited for an exceedingly long period to receive the wrong food. There were two others as well andbecause the wait was so long no one wanted to wait another half hour to get the correct food. I hope they've since corrected theissue because as it is I'll give them one more chance to get it right the next time we order fried chicken. Normally I would'vegiven them four or five stars but after that last visit they're lucky I'm giving them three. Read more

20+ minutes in the drive thru to get a single sandwich. Finally drove away without my food. Has happened multiple times at this... location and by judging other reviews this is normal. They have you pull up so corporate thinks their wait times are quicker. Read more
So, I was really pleased with the food at this location. Everything came out as it was ordered and we had a very short wait... time. But that's not why I'm leaving this review. I feel like most of the staff did a good job and work as a quiet, focusedteam. Then there was the cashier, Lonia. Customer service is a skill, and I understand there is a gradient to that skill.However, cussing in front of your customers is not professional when everyone else is clearly being polite. When someone asksfor ranch they ordered, don't complain that it's "Not my fault, I couldn't find it!" Her co-worker did the right thing and foundthe ranch. Next, when a door dash worker comes in with an order you didn't get ready, don't openly complain about her to therest of staff in front of her and other customers. As stated before, the food and 90% of the service was great. Facility wasclean, inviting and the food was promptly prepared. The order looked and tasted great and I got what I expected from therestaurant. But for the sake of the hard working employees, and the clear effort they put forth. Management needs to interveneon their behalf concerning her behavior. Read more
