I always feel awkward giving reviews for chain restaurants since for the most part, they are relatively uniform but when there... are exceptional experiences, it's justified. Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and it's was very busy. Given it's high traffic,the dining area was very clean and the staff was friendly and upbeat. I got the bowl with pollo asado, carnitas, and steak. Themeat was tender, packed with flavor, and very hearty. No rice or beans but some romaine lettuce made it a great low carb, highprotein meal. Been to this location multiple times with issues at every visit. The staff here gives high priority to online orders, does not... seem to care about those of us ordering in person and waiting for ages, and have difficulty hearing/following through onpeople's requests.
