On 10/14/22 @ 640 p.m. The last three times I have been to the Chicken Express at Memorial and 91st in Tulsa they have messed up... my order. The first time I ordered a liver dinner and got gizzard which I do not like I spoke to the manager that time and shewas very nice and offered that I could come back and they would fix it. The second time I ordered a large order around $70 andthey forgot to give me the corn that went with my order. This time I called and again spoke to the manager he was indifferentoffered no solution and ultimately hung up on me and then refused to talk to me when I called back. I did not return for a goodsix months. Today I went and again order a liver dinner amongst other items and got gizzards again that I hate. I again calledand talked to the Manger who I think may have been the same one and was offered no solution. I ask if there was a corporatenumber and he said yes but he did not know it. I stated rather blandly that that would limit the number of complaints. He thenstated with what I perceive as attitude "you should be able to look if up on Google you can find most phone numbers there." Ihave went to Chicken Express at any location for the last time I can guarantee. I find it deplorable that this how ChickenExpress treats their customers and that this manager is who they have selected to represent them. KFC, Popeys, and Cains shouldreally pay them because they have certainly convinced me to pick one of them from now on. I actually went here for the first time for work! They have great bundle for not much and can feed a decent amount of people.... It's pretty good. I will eat it if work or someone wants it. I personally will still go to Chick-fil-A but this is still good. Read more
I've ate here plenty of time and really enjoyed the chicken. Today I was served some green gizzards and I've never seen green... gizzards. I feel like they thought I would eat anything. No sir I won't! Read more
Chicken Express has the worst chicken I've ever eaten. The fried fish has a nasty rancid taste. I was told that's because they... keep using the same grease over and over and they're not cooking with clean grease. When you're at the window, you can smell therancid grease from your car window. My husband loves it, but I will not eat there. I'm particular when it comes to fried fish.It has to have a fresh taste and not a rancid taste of old grease. Read more
They gave a roll and not a biscuit and shorted me a chicken breast... Thankfully i checked before driving off. And 25c for... sauces is ridiculous. The mashed potatoes tasted old. The flavor of chicken was better than last time, but still not the sameas it was when i first went there few yrs back. Read more
Honestly, I'm surprised this place isn't more popular! I have always looked at it like the generic Popeyes or KFC, but that... title still holds to churches! Lol. This chicken was great! Not super flavorful like other places, BUT the texture and feel ofthe chicken was great! The sides are definitely a point of greatness. The Corn Nuggets are a rare treat and definitely worthtrying. The mashed potatoes and gravy (white gravy) were a great consistency, and also a great flavor! Mac was lacking gusto,but it was ok. Fries we great, sauce options were great....I will definitely return! The service was pretty great too. Thecashier was patient with us (first time visit), she was open to me askimg.for recommendations, and brought the food) includinga late ordered French fry order) to our table....over all great! They are having hard time understanding drive through orders always get messed up ? Good chicken tho but cold by the time the... get the order correctly because they let your chicken seat in the box while the are fixing your order Read more
This is quickly becoming our goto for chicken. The big chains are fine but this place has some different items on the menu.... Fried gizzards and good rolls. Chicken is as good or better than the big chains. used the drive thru and got the family meal andhad leftovers. Read more
