I don?t know what?s going on lately with this location. Their service used to be top notch. Fast, in and out but now it seems... like the employees have no clue what they?re doing. They do not let you know what car you?re supposed to be behind and thepeople at the drive thru get confused so they all try to merge together. I went in on Friday, they kept saying my card?declined? and now I?m dealing with 6 charges on my card and another 2 on another card. The service has gotten slower in thepast 3 months I?d say. I placed a mobile order so they had enough time to get it ready when I got to the window yet they told meto pull forward and I waited there another five minutes. Always the best service and friendliness from this place. All the staff are ready to help you with your order. I wish more fast... food places would have the same atmosphere and speed as chickfila, especially when there's a line of cars around the building,it never takes too long in the drive thru. Read more
My sandwich and nuggets were amazing. My only complaint was no peaches and cream shake and the drive thru line wouldn't let me... out of my parking spot. Food and employees were amazing. Read more
This place was super busy. But aren't they all? We came on a Wed and they had a balloon guy that made balloon sculptures inside... for the kids. The kids seemed to really enjoy this. Service was quick and friendly. Food is always consistent. I don't know ifall chic FIL A's has this, but their bathroom has a mouth wash dispenser. I think this is a fun touch to going the extra. WORST Chick-fil-A in town!!! We have a joke in my house about how many items will be missing when we get home with our food. We... have been loyal customers of this location since it opened. It went drastically downhill in 2020 and no matter how many times wecomplain to management, it never improves. Cain's is just down the street...and consistent. Read more
