Looking to try something new and found this place. Been to one in other state but the the menu is unfamiliar. Driving up was a... bit unnerving and not being near menu sucked. Lady was friendly just would of been nice to read the menu and not just grab firstthing I vaguely saw. Ordered a #8 and asked for sauce and gave name. Get up to pay and I'm called by a guys name, get to foodarea again called by a guys name. Get food and no sauce. Just frustrated with a less than enjoyable experience. Read more
The one at 111st is close to our home now so I dont visit the Chick-fil-A at Tulsa Hills that often. But still this store is a... good one and especially during pandemic, I used to do drive thru at this store. They were fast and the people there are kind andnice. Orders have never gone wrong so far. I got the deluxe sandwich +Bacon & everything was very fresh! Compared to other chicken sandwiches I?ve had, I?d have to say... this was the best! It was first time trying it & I?ll definitely have it again. Service is always amazing here! The tea wasgreat, I should have got a large! The fries were a tad bit rushed, and kinda floppy! I go here for lunch almost every day. I?m so disappointed they got my order wrong 3 days in a row. Did they get new employees or... what is going on??? They are always fast and get the order right all the years I?ve been coming here but the last 3 days was allwrong. 2 days ago a girl took my order she was wearing ?it?s my birthday? sticker on her shirt, asked for a grilled clubsandwich lettuce wrapped and she ordered me a cool wrap wrapped with lettuce, then yesterday I order nuggets for my son and theygave spicy nuggets and spicy sandwich instead of the regular, today they gave me a Cobb salad with grilled COLD fillet when Iasked for grilled HOT nuggets. Amazing and quick like all chick-fil-a?s, I ordered online and picked duo in the drive thru, when I got there, there were about... 20 cars in line but from the time I showed up and to the time I got my food was less than 5 minutes. Why all other fast foodrestaurants do not adopt the practices chick-fil-a is beyond me, other than they may not get as much business. Read more
