Restaurant is still open another 40 minutes. Can see employees inside laughing and talking. They're simply not answering the... drive thru. Closing before the store is actually supposed to close unless it's an emergency is ridiculous. Hopefully managementgets on top of that. To be fair, I have ate at this Carl Jr's many times over the years, and this is the first issue, so thats why a 2 and not a 1... ???? ...but this was bad. First off, I ordered the hand breaded chicken sandwich and got a Western burger. That would have beenok if it were good, but honestly it was pretty bad for a $10 meal. Whatever the crunchy things are was terrible andundistinguishable. Not sure if it was supposed to be an onion ring? It was chewy, and tasted like it was definitely fried a dayor more before. The burger patty itself wasn't great for the price either, since it was comparable to McDonald's dollar burgerpatties. Read more
This is a great little burger. Jalapeño double cheeseburger $3.49. Fresh and full of flavor with some kick! Beats the other... chain burger places. Service was friendly, with a smile. Drive through was fast too. Read more
Carl's Jr. used to have a 6-pack of cinnamon bisquets for a very reasonable price. Now they're selling cinnamon rolls for $3.09... that are small and tasteless. Not a good value and we won't be back, ever! Read more
It was about 8:38 pm when an employee left the back door saying there is no one on the head set because they were closing down... early. I went to the drive through and waited about 1 minute when I see a lady with black hair. She looks straight at me as shelaughs with her co worker. Please hire people willing to stay until the end of the shift. I will not be returning Update,,notconsistent with customer service and orders. I went this past week and asked for a fresh spicy chicken not a refried one, thechicken was harddd. I will post a picture below , I called and the latina manager argued with me about the quality saying it wasfresh. When I went back to return the food the manager at night younger girl with black hair did not do anything to make itright nor apologize. Never returning and spreading knowledge. Read more
The Beyond Meat Burgers are good, I tried those specifically today. They are over-hyped in my opinion, but they are a tasty... alternative to beef if that is what one is looking for. This store has never given me anything but great service. The stuff andfriendly and clean. The orders seem to be cooked to order which is nice, fresh food over premade food is a win with me. Food was excellent! Not too pricey and we were served with a delightful smile! What more could you ask for???
