Started my Saturday with a walk to Calaveras for breakfast. I was greated warmly at the counter and ordered coffee and juevos... rancheros. I hit the salsa bar and kept it simple with some creamy green. It's tangy bite so good with the warm fresh chipsprovided with my drink. The food arrived quickly and was feast for the senses even before taking a bite. The potatoes had crispyedges and tender insides, so much better than the obviously frozen "home fries" many breakfast places serve. Everything on theplate enhanced the other things on the plate.
