I waited 5 minutes at the speaker to pick up at a doordash order. And no one answered so i drove around to the front and then... this woman in the picture did not come to the window as I waved her down. She looked at me and then answered the speaker for theother person. Then she waited another 5 minutes before coming to the window as I looked at the doordash order I was waiting forsitting there. She finally came to the window because I wasn't moving and there was someone behind me. She was very rude anddidn't Apologize for ignoring me. Read more
The cleanest burger kings I've been to in tulsa. The lady I think manager was running the front register, cleaning the lobby and... running the drive thru register. She was running her rear off! Mad props to you ma'am! Thank you for being so kind! Read more
As far as Burger Kings go, this one is on Par with other good fast food burger joints. The service was fast, the drive through... was responsive quickly, the food was hot and fresh and it appeared to be clean. Knowing how RBI (Their parent company, and no Ido not work for Burger King lol) operates I went ahead with a 5 star given I had no complaints. Really I would go with a 4 stargiven there was nothing spectacular about the visit. A solid positive visit for sure! But spectacular...not so much. Maybe amore outgoing drive through order taker or window person would have pushed it over the top. Can't complain about a thing though! Read more
I have several issues with this restaurant even before COVID. The food always tastes, looks, and smells old. The oil on the... fries is old too and everything is always cold. I've been here a handful of times total and i always ask for my food withoutlettuce because for some reason Burger King's lettuce is always disgusting. However, I've never gotten my chicken sandwichwithout lettuce... I'm just never coming here again. Read more
