Never leave the front counter unattended. I waited patiently for 5 mins for someone to return to the counter to take my order.... After I ordered I went next door to Academy. Upon my return to pick up my order several workers walked right by me while Ipatiently waited again for someone to assist me. Customer Service is so important. I had to say something before someoneacknowledged me. Anyone of the workers could have and should have greeted me. Do better please. Read more
My husband and I were there earlier today to get some lunch before our flight back home, the food was pretty good! Open late nights until 2am... Even the kitchen. I would much rather give the waiters and waitresses a good tip for good service... than waiting the same amount of time in What-a-Burger drive-thru. Sit inside, enjoy multiple TV screens, and save on ?? gas???????? Read more
Let me start off by saying we typically enjoy our experience at Buffalo wild wings. This time though I'll waitress was not very... friendly at all no hello and see irritated when we ask her to wipe off the table for us. She was not friendly at all But thewaitress who replaced her halfway through our stay did a lot better. It is nice that this location still offers smoking sectionat the bar and sports on all the TVs. Probably should have gone with their tried and true boneless wings but branched out instead. Got the pretzel bites as an app. ... They tasted like they were microwaved. They were tough and flat. The blue cheese burger just lacked flavor. The fries were ok.However, for the price I was just very disappointed. Unfortunately our waitress took a very long time to bring us our check aswell. Food came out quick, the waitress came & helped us about 4 minutes after being there. I wasn't too sure on what I wanted to... eat, so the waitress said she would be right back. 20 mins later she returns, I had to look back at the menu to see what it wasI wanted. Drinks took forever to come out, food came out fast. It wasn't that busy in there, maybe 13 people in the bar area.Everything tasted amazing, but the wait time could be improved. Read more
Staff & management was friendly, focused, & composed during a pretty busy time. They did good to accommodate my requests &... change to booth so I can charge my phone without an attitude! ???????????????????? Made me feel at home, better than the oneback home. Read more
