Not up to par. I eat at Braums about 2 times a week. Lately french fries are always bottom of the barrel type. Stale, small,... overcooked and not good. Ice cream dips are smaller despite an increase in price recently. Please bring back the big nice friesyou always used to have and increase the ice cream dip size back to what it was a few months ago!! Read more
Ordered a fountain drink and a half gallon of milk in drive thru and they said I have to come inside for milk?. In 20 years I... have never been told I have to come in for just milk until today at this location?. This company has always grabbed my milk (mysingle only milk item) and let me do it in drive thru?. This braums location is close to my house so I visit it often. The food is always fresh and hot and the customer service is... always the best! Everyone serves you with a smile and one younger employee told me he loved working there. That says a ton aboutthe management! Read more
This Braums is always busy, but it's worth the wait if you're looking for a good burger at a decent price, or any type of ice... cream products. The staff is generally older people, always polite and helpful, and our orders here are always 100% correct. Wehave a big family, so that's not always guaranteed. Service is ridiculously slow. Every time we go, it?s usually 10-20 minutes to order. If you order a milkshake, you have to wait... another 10-20 minutes. Even for just two soft served cones, it takes that long. By the time you get them, they?re melted. Read more
