Mind boggling how bad this place is. It's like Braums in the Twilight Zone. Trashy establishment with a kitchen staff that... blatantly does not care about quality of food. I wish I could give 0 stars. Not only was the food made wrong, but it was notfresh and tasted bad. The price is more than most places with the same quality of food, and yet somehow they get it worse. I'vebeen to other braums in different areas and they make this place seen like a shack in the backwoods. Avoid if you can or gotoMcDonalds across the parking lot. Read more

This Braum's is clean. The staff is efficient. I get in and out quickly. I usually get milk, as the taste is excellent.

Not very fond of this Braums. They have many children in there under the age of 18 trying to do their best but they just can't... get it together quick enough and they make many mistakes on the orders. A lot of the time I get food that isn't very hot or ithas just been heated. Read more

I took my granddaughter for ice cream cone. They used to have a happy hour, but I guess no more. So I got her a 2 piece chicken... strip snack. It shows free upgrade to a larger shake, but she still charged me, even after I pointed it out. The French frieswere not fresh. Kind of wimpy. She ate them anyway. Read more

I am blown out by the cheap price and the enormous size of the food. Seriously first time when I struggle to finish a $6 burger... meal and a $3 icecream. I'm extremely satisfied. The only weird thing was there was a security guard onsite! Read more

If I could give this place a -5 stars I would. First my fries were cold, I let them know and they gave me fresh fries. And then... when I went to drink my shake it wasn?t mixed good enough so i got a mouth full of rotten milk! Like actually rotten milk!!! Ieven had a family member try it just to make sure I wasn?t crazy.. We both informed them they were severing rotten milk to theircustomers and left. I love me some Braum's burgers, and their breakfast items are also tasty. I like that the company is based in Oklahoma. This... particular location is good, the workers were friendly and the food arrived quickly. My favorite thing about their burgers isthe meat actually tastes like meat! The ingredients are fresh and have a good flavor. The market area is quite large and thereare many Braum's brand items. This is one of the few places I can find lately that have their ketchup pumps out instead ofpackets, understandably other places stopped doing that due to the pandemic, but to me it's a plus because I drown everything inketchup. There are no complaints about the food. The biscuits and gravy were as good as they were when I was a kid and my husband gobbled... up his sundae like it was nothing. However, the person who took our order was not so pleasant. She acted like we were aninconvenience for coming in to get food. She just gave us a look and was rude.I will return because I go for the food more thanAnything. Hopefully, the service will be better. Will update rvw in the future. Read more
