9/24/2022. Young lady working drive thru between 3:00 and 4:00 pm. needs to be trained in good manners for your customers. She... was very rude. My husband was ordering our food thru the speaker. He is a little hard of hearing. When she asked if we wantedthe combo, he asked her if she could repeat bwhat she said. Her response was b,oh my goodness. So rude. So rude. The staff was fantastic and wait time was minimal. They were so helpful. Another arbys forgot part of my order from several days... ago. I had called about it and they were going to replace it. I told her about it being hard for a senior and disabled. Thisbeautiful lady talked to her manager and replaced the missing items. I love this Arby?s. The one on admiral. Read more
Decided to hit up the drive thru and take advantage of the 2 roast beef sandwiches for $6. My daughter and I were famished, and... who can resist the classic RB. The service was perfect. The young Lady performed her task exactly how it should be. We had ourorder within a few minutes. We pulled into a parking spot and dug into our sandwich. We were very disturbed to find the bun coldand the meat at room temperature. Food safety is very important and we knew we couldn't eat the food. My daughter is pregnantand I have a immune system issue. Not that, that should even matter. Temperature of food is a health concern and now we justthrough away $6.00 plus tax. We just left and went home. I've loved Arby's for year's, we could have chosen any fast food place,that location is full of choices. So very disappointed. Read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. What a horrible experience ????. We spent over 60 bucks for lunch for the family... and when we got home with our food it was crappie. We ordered the steakhouse smoked brisket sandwich, keep in mind its almost 8bucks just for the sandwich it self... the lady told me they didn't have crispy onions like advertised on the sandwich....ok Iguess ???? but when we got home the poor sandwich was virtually all bread. Hardly any meat and the Gouda was rock hard. Anothersandwich had two bottom buns and barely any cheese. Such a disappointment for the money spent. We've been to this location 3different times and all three times it sucked. Read more
Food was cold. I asked for swiss to be added to my roast beef sandwich and the slice that they put on was so small, I didn't... even see it at first. My husband took it back inside for them to put the cheese on it and the employee had to LIFT the buncompletely off and move the lettuce to see the unmelted cheese lol. The person at the drive-thru seemed as if she didn'tunderstand what we wanted. She kept asking if we wanted to change out our buns. We never mentioned changing them out... it wasjust weird. They also didn't give us any straws for our drinks, so he had to go inside a second time to get straws. Read more
