Waiter tried his best. I use to enjoy this restaurant chain. Now it is less than par to say the least. Quality of the food was... very poor. We had all you can eat wings and were over cooked, and the fries were not fresh. Got the first order wrong on theflavor. Forgot my sons cheese sticks. Seems fries are the easiest to send out if all else fails. After reading all the reviews,I think it would be in the best interest for the upper management to make some changes and get involved to improve the qualityissues. Read more
Great food here. I took advantage of their unlimited boneless wings and fries and availed myself to the drinks at the bar. I had... a fantastic bartender named Harry who served me quickly and was happy to provide friendly banter. I had their parmesan garlicand original Buffalo wings, both were delicious. Darkest beer they had available was Sam Adams Oktoberfest, but mentioned theymay get in more darker beers come winter. Will definitely visit again when I find myself in town. Read more
don't expect a lot from Applebee's but was hoping basic standards would be upheld in your food quality. I like the chicken tenders. And I also like the loaded mashed potatoes. And I really enjoyed the brownie.
This was $8.29. After receiving it, I called the Applebee's location it came from. After being on hold for 10 min, I had to... hang-up and call back. The manager tried to tell me this is a 8oz container and their queso is prepackaged at 6oz. As you cansee, this container is larger at the top and therefore is less than halfway full. Because we ordered through Doordash, thisApplebee's location would not do anything! They have lost our business! Will not eat in or order from them anymore. Terriblecustomer service. 1/28/22 my wife and I enjoyed dinner, this place is never too busy like the next door restaurant. Food is not bad at all, lots... to choose from the menu and they are very reasonabley priced. Read more
Arguably one of the worst "dining" experiences ever. It's 98 degrees outside and after dealing with incompetent people I decided... to whip into the bar and grab a cold beer. The intent was to relax and enjoy just 15 air-conditioned minutes. Well.... the frontlobby smelled like a chicken coop (in the middle of summer). I walked up to the bar, ordered my beer and sat down in.....wetness. The bar seat was wet and the bar top was completely covered in food particles. 1 person sat at the bar adjacent tome.... a former employee... I know this because the conversation between her, the bartender, and the manager didn't stop. Nobodytold the lady to just hush and not talk about work. The drama continued, employee stories, threats, and so much more to mentionhere. No music playing, the restaurant smelled sour, and the people in the kitchen kept yelling "gross"..... Needless to say...I closed my tab immediately. Had taco bell sold a cold beer I would have thrown this one in someone's face and went there.Worst experience. Read more
Placed my online order at 3:15 on a Saturday, said it would be ready by 3:32. Went to pick up food, checked in online and waited... at least 15 min in my car and I went inside finally. There were maybe 3 customers inside. The staff asked if I had an order, Isaid yes and it was clear they good hadn't even been prepared yet. So I waited another ten minutes while my food was cooked. Gothome and one of the burgers was missing cheese on the burger. The buns were burned and hard as a rock. Not to mention I tippedonline for this terrible service.
