Product is ok...I honestly have had better, richer tasting frozen custard. But that was at a very small family owned spot. Young... man at counter was great. Smiled and made it a good experience for my first time to come in to an Andy's. Read more
This Andy's has been consistently good up until the last month. Tonight, pulled up at 10:58pm. "Hi, are you guys still... open?" "Unfortunately." I hate feeling like a Karen, but... come on. At least get my order right if you're gonna be likethat. Asked for a heath bar jackhammer, intending to pay the extra money for all the toppings, received a semi-melted cup ofice cream with no heath bar at all. (Didn't realize it was wrong until I got home to eat it.) This is probably because theemployees were too busy jokingly yelling at each other to get the orde right.
